Beneficiary:
Victims of drug abuse and their families. , Children and youth, particularly those in schools, colleges, or living on the streets. , Vulnerable populations prone to drug abuse in identified high-risk regions. , Individuals entitled to free legal services under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
Benefits:
Legal Aid: Provision of free, competent, and timely legal services and representation. , Rehabilitation Support: Facilitating access to de-addiction centers, counseling, and social reintegration services. , Economic Empowerment: Access to skill development, vocational training, and "Job Melas" for rehabilitated individuals. , Awareness: Education on the ill effects of drugs and information on national help-lines (e.g., MANAS Helpline 1933).

Affected individuals or their families can contact District Legal Services Authorities (DLSA) or Taluk Legal Services Committees (TLSC).
Assistance can be sought through Legal Services Clinics established at the local level
